One room available near the George Mason University Fairfax campus. The room comes with its own walk in closet. Also includes a bed, desk, lamp, and table. The common places are all furnished. Interested parties must be willing to adhere to CDC and Virginia guidelines with regard to mask-wearing outside the house, quarantining, etc. No smoking. Parking is available right in front of the townhouse and there is plenty of guest parking as well. Laundry services including Dryer and Washer are in-house.

Rent will be $500 per month without utilities.

The kitchen is stocked with appliances and plenty of cooking utensils.

Move-in: April 1st (earlier can be considered)
Move-out: August 31th
